Client Bloco de Esquerda   Event "E se virássemos o Porto ao contrário" Political Campaign   Location Porto   Date May/November 2013

“E se virássemos o Porto ao contrário?” (“What if we turned Porto upside down?”) was a candidate group for the 2013 municipal elections in Porto. Although supported by Bloco de Esquerda, a left party, many of their candidates were independent of political affiliations. Their candidacy was driven by the mass protests and strikes that occurred in Portugal in the past years and their campaign was very socially oriented, opening their debates and goals to the electors. Bonjourmolotov followed their campaign all over the city and documented conferences, public assemblies, debates and other electoral actions.
